Today we enjoyed a YIN Yoga and Myofascial Release Workshop at Inishowen Yoga. We explored Yin Yoga and Yin Inspired asana to increase range of motion and flexibility. We then worked on Self Myofascial Release Techniques to reduce tension from repetitive movements and improve hydration in the connective tissues. All followed by a guided meditation. A Sunday well spent.
