I first discovered yoga while living a busy corporate life in Dublin. I moved to Donegal in 2011 and opened my first studio in Derry, Northern Ireland.
Family life brought me to Carndonagh and to the launch of Inishowen Yoga in 2017. Over the years I have trained in massage therapy, reiki, and various styles of yoga including hatha, hot yoga, vinyasa flow, restorative, yin, yoga for sports, yoga for children. Most recently I have qualified as a breath coach and while I am an eternal student, I am excited to share my knowledge with you.
Connection with people and the great outdoors inspire me. I have a particular interest in the anatomy and physiology of yoga, breathwork and how it can guide yoga practice and improve overall mental and physical health. I’m passionate about living a conscious, mindful, organic lifestyle.
I enjoy holding space for people of all abilities in the community and I love helping people to find space in their bodies and minds. Through the unusual shifts of 2020, I’ve transitioned to a hybrid space of in studio, outdoors and online and I am so excited to be able to connect with people all over the world. Movement is medicine, I look forward to practicing with you.
