πŸŽ€Watch the silly Christmas movies, sing the Christmas songs, laughter is always a mood booster
πŸŽ€Go for a walk to see the Christmas lights, stroll the beach, hike a mountain. Choose for you
πŸŽ€Teach children about the gift of giving, donate their old or new toys
πŸŽ€Take a proper break this Christmas. Practicing mindfulness and breathwork can help you unwind
πŸŽ€Keep active. Exercise keeps the brain and vital organs healthy, can boost your self esteem and help you to concentrate, sleep and feel better.
