Warm Vinyasa Flow 60 mins – €8 This is an invigorating flow class, designed to stretch and strengthen the entire body and to balance and restore your energy and health. Enjoy flowing movement and deep relaxation Suitable for all levels.

Sports Yoga – 60 mins – €8 Suitable for athletes of all disciplines. This session has a focus on increasing flexibility, endurance and stretching tired muscles. Also suitable for those returning from injuries.

Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra- 75 mins – €8 Yin Yoga targets the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. It perfectly compliments any dynamic styles of yoga or sport that generally emphasise the lengthening and contracting of our muscles. Combined with Yoga Nidra, this class is both passive and relaxing.

Pregnancy Yoga –  60 mins – €10  A full range of holistic yoga techniques including postures, breath practices, focused attention and deep relaxation. This class will enhance the emotional and physical experience of pregnancy as a preparation for motherhood and in the immediate postnatal period.

Hot Yoga – 60 mins – €8 A more challenging class with focus on improving strength and energy. Improved performance, endurance and increased flexibility are some of the key benefits of this session.
