NEW GENTLE YOGA.
This chair yoga class will run every Monday at 11.30am at Spraoi agus Sport in association with the local Multiple Sclerosis Ireland group. It is suitable for all to attend and will be a very gentle relaxing class. Cost per class is €5. Call Odel on 087 2228227 for more information.
