Inishowen Yoga is delighted to deliver an amazing series of community wellness days in the coming months. Providing you with the opportunity to connect with the inspiring nature of Inishowen and restore and revitalise your body. We are joining up with some fantastic guides and experts to explore the beauty of Inishowen. The first two sessions confirmed are
- Hill Walking around the Urris Lakes with North West Hiking and Hill Walking on the 26th of April
- Half day of Kayaking and SUP (stand up paddle boarding) at Dunree with Inish Adventures on the 17th of May.
These connection days will include outdoor activities in the morning, a wholesome and healthy lunch followed by yin and restorative yoga at Inishowen Yoga studio in the afternoon, to nourish and restore your body. Full details of these events will be available shortly.
Coming into the Summer months there will also be other outdoor activities announced and some early morning
- Yoga on the beach
- & sea swims followed by brunch and a beach clean up
You can travel solo and you will make new connections, or bring a buddy. Visitors to the area are very welcome to join in with like minded individuals to explore Inishowen and practice yoga with us.
