It’s a Full Moon tomorrow so we’ll be enjoying a cooling moon sequence in our practice. The moon teaches us to slow down, to honour our bodies and listen to our own needs. The moon sequence is associated with Yin Yoga, calming, meditative and in essence the “tha” of Hatha Yoga. This is a lovely sequence safe for everyone to explore, I find it wonderfully calming, in these busy times we live in, I hope you do too :)
