Mobility Yoga course

A targeted mobility training course to release tight hips, reduce shoulder and back tension and relax tight hamstrings and legs. If you would like to improve your overall flexibility and mobility you can join up now and access these pre recorded sessions in your own time. All classes are 40 – 60 mins in duration.

Prenatal Yoga course

A gentle prenatal course suitable from 14 to 42 weeks in pregnancy. This course is delivered in a series of pre recorded video classes and is designed specifically to suit mamas to be. You will learn breathing techniques, pelvic floor exercises and gentle stretches to relax your body and mind.
